Search and AI visibility for local businesses

Show up when customers ask Google and ChatGPT.

Growth Engine writes about what your customers already search for, fixes what keeps Google and AI assistants from trusting your site, and shares every new article to your social profiles. You approve what goes out, and you can see the plan 30 days ahead.

  • You approve what visitors read
  • Only facts you can back up
  • Measured, never guaranteed

Works with the site you already have

Your customers changed how they search. Your website may not have caught up.

Is Google even reading our site?

Sitemaps that were never submitted. Pages that were never indexed. Business details that search engines and AI assistants rely on, missing. On one pilot site we onboarded, Google had not fetched the sitemap in more than a year, and nobody had noticed.

Why doesn't ChatGPT ever mention us?

AI assistants answer from what they can find and trust: clear, accurate pages, consistent business details and real mentions elsewhere. Thin or out-of-date content gives them nothing to work with.

Is any of this actually working?

Most reports count visits and call it progress. AI answers rarely get tracked at all, and a single made-up “rank” number is mostly noise.

Who has time to post everywhere?

The blog, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram. It all matters, and it is the first thing to slip when the phone is ringing and the work is real.

What you get

The marketing work that keeps slipping, done every week.

Growth Engine plans, writes, shares, improves and measures in the background. Anything your customers will read comes to you first.

1. Plan

Know what gets written next, and why

Every Monday, Growth Engine builds a fresh plan from your Search Console data, keyword research and the questions customers ask AI assistants. Each topic shows how many people search for it and whether that interest has been rising or falling for the past year. Questions AI can't answer about you are sorted too: a new post, a better answer on a page you already have, or set aside with a reason.

  • A content queue you can see before anything is written
  • Monthly searches and a 12-month trend on every topic
  • The next 30 days on one chart: done, planned and why
The next 30 days
Example
Every item shows why it was picked
  • This week · New post
Your first yoga class: what to bring
    880 searches a month, rising
    Planned
  • This week · Page edit
Add an FAQ to Private Lessons
Answers a question AI couldn't answer about you
    Waiting for your OK
  • Next week · Refresh
    Yoga for back pain
Ranking 11th, just off page one
    Queued
2. Publish

Posts about your business, with facts you can back up

Each post is written about your services and your area, from the facts you give us. A claim check strips prices, statistics and promises nobody can source, and a post that says nothing only your business could say is held back as a draft. You approve, edit or reject every draft before it goes live.

  • Your real results and credentials, cited from your proof list
  • Unsupported claims removed before you see the draft
  • Publishing slows down when Google falls behind on indexing

3. Share

Every new article, shared where your customers scroll

When a post goes live, Growth Engine can turn it into posts for Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, each written and sized for that network. Posts go out through your HighLevel account, spaced through the day, with a tracked link so you can see which network sends visitors.

  • One article, written six ways
  • Each website posts only to its own profiles
  • Approve each post, or let them go out automatically

4. Improve

Get more from the pages you already have

Growth Engine checks the basics that search engines and AI assistants depend on: sitemap, crawler access, indexing and the business details in your markup. It tunes page titles and descriptions to real searches, and suggests new sections and FAQs for your approval. Posts that sit just below the top results get a refresh: missing sections drafted, every added claim fact-checked, then sent to you.

  • Sitemap, crawler and indexing checks, every week
  • Titles and descriptions tuned automatically, logged and reversible
  • Near-miss posts refreshed against the pages that outrank them

5. Measure

Measure it honestly, in ranges, not made-up ranks

Every week we ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions your customers ask, and track how often your business is named and who gets named instead. Results appear as a range, next to your Search Console clicks and impressions. Every change is compared with your starting line, and page changes that lose ground are undone.

  • AI answer visibility with a confidence range
  • Who AI recommends when it doesn't recommend you
  • Calls, forms and bookings that arrive from AI assistants

How it works

Set up once. Improve every week.

  1. 01

    Connect

Install our plugin, or our connector for GoHighLevel and HTML sites, and grant read-only Search Console access. Connect HighLevel if you want social posts.

  2. 02

    Baseline

We record your starting line: site health, Google search data, and how three AI assistants answer your customers' questions today.

  3. 03

    Approve the plan

Each week you see what is planned and why. Drafts and new page content wait in your queue, and titles and descriptions are tuned automatically.

  4. 04

    See what moved

Your dashboard compares every change with your starting line, in plain English, with a short explanation on every card.

Safeguards

You stay in control, at every step.

A tool that edits your website has to earn your trust. This is how Growth Engine does it.

Nothing visitors read goes live without your OK

New posts, page sections and FAQ blocks wait in an approval queue, and social posts can too. Titles and descriptions update automatically, logged and reversible.

No invented facts

Prices, statistics and promises are removed unless they are on your proof list or can be sourced.

Your design stays yours

We work on titles, descriptions, search markup and new posts. We do not redesign or rearrange your pages.

Every change can be undone

WordPress keeps a revision of every save, and changes that lose ground are rolled back.

Your brands never mix

Each website connects its own social profiles, and a profile belongs to one website. One brand never posts on another's page.

A pace Google can keep up with

If Google falls behind indexing your recent posts, publishing slows down instead of piling up pages nobody can find.

Read-only access to your data

Search Console access is read-only. We can measure your site, not change your Google account.

Leave whenever you like

Deactivate the plugin and it stops. What is published on your site stays on your site.

Who builds it

Built by a marketing agency that runs it on its own websites first.

Growth Engine is made by Mixed Media Ventures, a full-service digital marketing agency in Red Bank, New Jersey. We built it to do the work we kept watching small businesses fall behind on, and it runs every day on live business websites, including ours.

Our own sites go first

New features are tried on our own websites before they reach a client's. If something breaks, it breaks on us.

Data you can check

Plans come from your Google Search Console, keyword research and the answers ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity give. Every step shows why it was picked.

Help on every screen

A searchable help center, a user manual and a short explanation on every card in your dashboard.

People you can call

Mixed Media Ventures, (888) 980-8170. Offices in Red Bank, NJ, New York and Las Vegas.

Our promise

We would rather show you evidence than make you a promise.

Small sites move slowly. We report change over weeks, show our confidence, and tell you when the data is too thin to call.

What we commit to
  • A healthy, indexed, readable website
  • Useful content that has been fact-checked
  • Search and AI visibility data you can see every week
  • A plan you can see 30 days ahead, with the reason for each step
What we measure, but never guarantee
  • Search rankings, clicks and impressions
  • Calls, bookings and leads
  • Whether a given AI assistant recommends you
Who it is for

Built for businesses, and the people who grow them.

Local businesses and studios

If customers search before they call or book, Growth Engine is built for you: studios, clinics, professional practices and local service companies.

  • We do the work, you approve from one screen
  • See what's planned for the next 30 days
  • A plain-English dashboard, with help on every card

Agencies and consultants

Run Growth Engine across your clients' sites from one portal, under your own name and logo. Partner access is by invitation.

  • Add client sites yourself
  • Your logo and name on what clients see
  • Client logins that see only their own site
  • Each client's social profiles kept separate
FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Still curious? Request a walkthrough and ask us anything.

Will Growth Engine change how my website looks?

No. On sites built with page builders such as Elementor, it works on page titles, descriptions, search markup and new blog posts. It does not redesign or rearrange your pages.

What do I approve, and what happens automatically?

You approve everything your visitors read: new posts, new page sections and FAQ blocks wait in an approval queue, and social posts can wait there too. Page titles and meta descriptions update automatically, because they are small, easy to reverse and measured. Every change is logged, WordPress keeps the previous version, and a change that loses ground is rolled back. Auto-publish for blog posts that pass our quality checks is optional, and it stays off unless you ask for it.

How do you decide what to write about?

Every Monday we build a plan from your Search Console data, keyword research and the questions customers ask AI assistants. Each planned post shows its monthly searches and how that interest has trended over the past 12 months, and you can see the queue and the next 30 days in your dashboard before anything is written.

How do you keep the content accurate?

Every post starts from real search data and the facts you give us about your business. A claim check removes prices, statistics and promises that can't be backed up, and a post that says nothing specific to your business is held back as a draft. Add your real results, credentials and reviews to your proof list and posts can cite them. You review each draft before it goes live.

How often will you publish?

You choose the pace, from daily to monthly. Growth Engine also checks how many of your recent posts Google has indexed and slows down if Google falls behind, so your site doesn't fill up with pages nobody can find.

Can it post to our social media?

Yes. Each new article can become a post for Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, written and sized for each network. Posting runs through HighLevel's Social Planner, so your profiles need to be connected in a HighLevel account. Each website posts only to its own profiles, and TikTok posts need a short video from you.

What about the pages I already have?

Growth Engine tunes titles and descriptions to real searches and suggests new sections and FAQs for your approval. Posts that rank just below the top results get a refresh: it drafts what the pages above yours cover, fact-checks every added claim, and waits for your OK.

Can you promise first-page rankings or AI recommendations?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines and AI assistants make their own decisions. We commit to what we control: a healthy, readable site, useful and accurate content, and honest measurement of what changes.

How will I know it's working?

Your dashboard shows search clicks and impressions from Google Search Console, whether new pages are indexed, and how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name your business for the questions customers ask, shown as a range instead of a single rank. Every change is compared with your starting line. Small sites move slowly, so we report change over weeks, not days.

Which website platforms does it work with?

WordPress is the fullest experience. Growth Engine also works with GoHighLevel blogs and custom HTML sites through a simple connector. Wix, Squarespace and Shopify are not supported yet.

What do you need from me up front?

Admin access so we can install our plugin, read-only access to your Google Search Console, and a short fact sheet: your services, the areas you serve, and anything we should never say. Real results, credentials and reviews you're happy for us to cite make every post stronger. For social posts, a HighLevel account with your profiles connected.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per site. We'll walk through current options on your walkthrough call.

What if I want to stop?

Deactivate the plugin and Growth Engine stops working on your site. Anything already published to your site stays yours.
